YOUR EXTENDED DISC BEHAVIOURAL ASSESSMENT

Your Extended DISC (EDISC) Behavioural Assessment is a questionnaire to determine your natural and learned behavioural styles on how you operate as a leader in both your personal and professional life. Providing accurate data allowing you to identify which behavioural style you consciously and unconsciously display in your leadership approach to your personal and professional life. The assessment will facilitate your ability to develop strategies on how you can develop, change and improve; how you bring your behavioural energies into your life.

Financial Report

YOUR DETAILED EXTENDED DISC LEADERSHIP REPORT

Once the assessment is completed your detailed Extended DISC Leadership Report is produced. The report provides a conscious profile and unconscious profile highlighting how you are performing as a leader within you; the behaviours that drive you. Aligning our behaviours to our natural behavioural styles is the most effective way to develop the leader within and succeed in your professional and personal life.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE UNPACK & STRATEGY

During a 90-minute unpack session we will explore your DISC profile, highlighting your behavioural energy styles and show you how you can significantly improve your performance, in business or personal life.

The profile unpack will equip you with an understanding of how you can adjust your behaviour energetically to be effective in any situation, avoiding unnecessary problems in communication and lastly to steer your life onto a meaningful, more enjoyable and fulfilling path.

Introducing you to the Emotional Fitness Formula; you will over the course of this workshop develop the fundamentals of emotional fitness. These fundamentals will allow you to develop an emotional fitness regime to deal with uncertainty in your journey to becoming a great leader.

Developing High Performing Team Culture

Team Meeting

High performing teams are made up of focused, skilled and aligned employees who achieve greatness beyond their individuality.  For leaders, successful team building requires developing engaged team members who trust each other, communicate freely and resolve conflict easily.

Commencing with an EDISC assessment of individual team members; the results when brought together, will allow the team insights into the behavioural energies that each other bring to the team.

The Developing High Performing Team Culture workshop will teach your team the skills to develop a performance-based culture through the application of practical strategies, practices and tools, utilising the behavioural profiles of the team.

Resulting in a more engaged team who are aligned on achieving their goals, operating with high standards and working collaboratively. All of which nurtures the ability of the team’s performance to operate with a collective team culture with high performing results.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this workshop your team be able to:

Earlier this year I was in a bit of a slump. I’d moved state, restarted a business, and left my old career. New places, new people, a new role (at home and professionally) and I was feeling a lot of disconnect with my surroundings and myself. I approached Barrington D’Monte for some coaching.

 

Throughout our sessions, Barry held a safe space for me in each session, guiding me to rediscover the knowledge I had within myself, challenging perceptions I held of myself and holding me to account for my thoughts and the language I used. Basically, Barry helped me reconnect with my story, my purpose, and my dreams. Late February I was questioning my wisdom in pursuing my dreams and business, it is now mid-April, and I am looking at the reality of creating a waiting list for clients.
